Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives from ideation to delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers across the company.

You’ll work on scalable, reliable platforms that support direct, reseller, and marketplace users, driving operational productivity and design workflows with AI integration. Competitive compensation and equity are offered.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape goals, strategy, and roadmap for Google Cloud.
  • Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements through global cross-functional partnerships.
  • Assist product and engineering teams to measure and improve product excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive best practices with global stakeholders.
  • Oversee and enforce mandatory software development standards and regulatory controls across the project lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience leading software development programs.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with online commerce or enterprise technology sales.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Ability to effectively, efficiently, and ethically interact with AI systems to drive operational productivity and design workflows.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
