As a Technical Program Manager for AI features in Google Meet, you will be at the forefront of transforming how the world communicates. This role is dedicated to driving the roadmap for intelligent meeting experiences, spanning real-time AI features, Gemini-powered integrations, and advanced calling capabilities. You will serve as the glue between Research, Engineering, and Product to scale AI-driven functionality across the Google Workspace ecosystem (Calendar, Chat, and Meet).

In this role, you will navigate the complexities of deploying machine learning models at scale, managing cross-functional dependencies, and leading features through the path to General Availability (GA). AI will change the future of work in profound ways, and our products—Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Vids and Meet are at the forefront. From pre-computed summaries for email threads, summaries for meetings, and videos created from a document using lifelike AI avatars, our AI opportunity is huge. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for our velocity tracking efforts, use internal tools to streamline processes via code.
• Plan, track, execute and report on project timelines and milestones across multiple programs.
• Drive and track progress, manage risks and dependencies leading to successful outcomes.
• Identify and drive resolution of Real Time Communication (RTC) and cross-functional process gaps that obstruct efficiency.
• Organize team evaluation activities of AI features, ensure a stable team rating pool, etc.
