  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with data infrastructure, data governance, and data analytics.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Expertise in change management, leading trainings, playbooks, and adoption workflows that transition off legacy trackers without disrupting continuity or payment velocity.
  • Strong technical judgment working alongside data and software engineers to evaluate technical designs, ETL pipeline dependencies, and zero-downtime data migration strategies.
  • AI fluency and AI/ML concepts, including AI/ML Data governance and strategy, responsible and safe AI, and probabilistic risk management, to govern human-in-the-loop adjudication and automated compliance.
  • A passion for social impact and philanthropy, with advanced domain knowledge of operations, compliance, and cross-functional data ecosystems.

  • Own end-to-end program charters, multi-quarter phasing, OKR structuring and reporting, and technical dependencies across data engineering, software engineering, product management, and business intelligence.
  • Drive proactive risk governance across live grant pipelines, overseeing zero-downtime staged program transitions across Google.org global pillars, shadow testing, and rollback checkpoints to protect payment velocity.
  • Lead downstream organizational change management, including product roadshows, team trainings, and operational playbooks to modernize data management infrastructure.
  • Apply advanced AI/ML governance and probabilistic risk management to develop workflow automation and oversee technical solutions that impact Google.org programs at a global scale, using responsible AI compliance guardrails.
  • Provide proactive program leadership and clarify complex technical requirements across stakeholder and partner cross-functional teams using deep technical domain knowledge across data systems and infrastructure.
