Minimum qualifications:

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The team makes decisions that shape what Google's Cluster Networking will look like into the future. The team is responsible for the interconnect that allows machines, storage, ML TPUs and GPUs to connect amongst themselves and to the rest of Google. The team is focused on influencing architecture, NPI, Pilots, and moving technology into the data centers, as well as growing, shrinking, augmenting, changing, and maintaining Cluster Networking layers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Influence networking New Product Introductions (NPI) to be able to manage the fleet.
+ Play a key role in facilitating the timely and cost-efficient delivery of cluster networking capacity across all Google Data Centers.
+ Define policies and tooling requirements to manage cluster networking products, emphasizing planning, provisioning, reliability, and interoperability needs across the existing fleet.
+ Participate in the development of new products from early concept all the way through to full production and help manage the transition of the new products into the fleet.
+ Offer technical guidance across the broader organization regarding how new products and processes will impact or be impacted by the networking fleet.
