As a Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platforms team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities
  • Execute the enterprise technology vendor strategy, aligning commercial outcomes with business priorities and transformation initiatives.
  • Enforce standardized governance frameworks, operating models, decision rights, and approval processes across the vendor lifecycle.
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance management standards are adhered to in an effort to strengthen accountability, transparency, and outcomes.
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Support high value sourcing, category management, and vendor rationalization efforts across critical technology spend areas.
  • Execute competitive RFP processes and end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management activities, including complex, multi‑year agreements.
  • Support commercial terms negotiations that balance cost optimization, service quality, resilience, and risk mitigation.
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
  • Enable dashboards and reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform audit readiness efforts, maintaining strong documentation, reporting, and issue remediation practices.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Global Technology and Lines of Business, aligning priorities and resolving complex issues.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, category management, and contract lifecycle management within technology environments.
  • Proven track record supporting and delivering complex, enterprise scale vendor and sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation expertise across scope, cost, and contractual terms.
  • General understanding of third party risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including executive level reporting and presentation development.
  • Experience supporting high performing teams and driving operational excellence through standardization and automation.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Act as the supporting relationship manager for strategic vendors, driving innovation, performance improvement, and transformation readiness.
  • Embed third party risk management, regulatory compliance, and control frameworks across all vendor engagements.
