Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience using AI/ML to design and implement automation solutions.
• Experience with software engineering including defining API and data pipeline requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience building and driving technical delivery for applied AI/ML solutions, model deployment pipelines, and intelligent automation systems from prototyping to production.
• Architectural and coding knowledge, such as reading, analyzing, and debugging code in an object‑oriented or modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++, or TypeScript).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
