Job summary

Google in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives from ideation to post-production. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, UX, BD, Legal, and gUp to plan requirements, manage timelines, and communicate decisions to executives and engineers.

The role focuses on enabling commerce journeys within the Consumer Payments Experiences, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage risks, and ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full software development life-cycle, from ideation, through implementation to post-production support.
• Interact with cross-functional and partner teams to gather proposals/requirements, and generate and execute project plans.
• Own software implementation projects, including providing full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate across various teams within the broader payments organization, as well as cross-product area teams from Android, Devices etc.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during design and implementation, and during post-production.
