Job summary

Google is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Payments to design and execute data-driven strategies that acquire new users and drive ongoing engagement for Google Wallet and Google Pay worldwide.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns across paid media, web, app store, email and in-product messaging, partner with Payments Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to accelerate growth, and leverage AI to maximize efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in digital consumer growth marketing, with a focus on online channels (e.g., web, paid media).
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience leveraging data or analytics to inform marketing plans, measure campaign performance, or generate user insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across acquisition and engagement channels to accelerate the growth of Google Wallet and Google Pay.
• Manage all facets of marketing campaigns from concept, strategy, and creative production to launch coordination, optimization, and reporting.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize CTR, CVR, and CPA.
• Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to extract actionable insights and growth levers.
• Partner closely with Payments Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Regional Marketing teams.
