You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager in the Enterprise Data Platforms and Governance (EDP&G) team, you will drive the core data and infrastructure delivery for Google's Transform Workforce Planning program. You will act as a critical horizontal leader, bridging multiple engineering organizations including finance engineering and people operations engineering to align complex data architecture efforts.

In this role, you will ensure high program velocity and oversee essential enterprise deliverables across platforms like Company 360 and Team Graph Access.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
