It’s transforming how we enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new possibilities. Our teams are energized by innovation and readily embrace emerging technology. We’re not waiting for the future to arrive. We’re shaping it, one bold step at a time. To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Technical Program Manager II, you'll lead high-impact initiatives across our Financial Data domain, driving the strategy, execution, and outcomes behind critical data apps and platforms. Operating at the intersection of data product management, technical leadership, and solution architecture, you'll bring clarity to complex challenges, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and proactively uncover what the business needs before it's asked.

What You’ll Do as a Technical Program Manager II
  • Own the data strategy and technical roadmap for financial platforms and systems in order to build business-critical financial datasets and data products.

  • Develop strong working knowledge of financial systems and data flows to inform capabilities that power reporting, analytics, and downstream stakeholder use cases.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Finance, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to prioritize high-impact work, define roadmaps, measure success, and proactively identify opportunities before they become requests.

  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions through research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining visibility into progress and outcomes.

  • Raise the quality bar for technical delivery by establishing clear requirements, success criteria, and scalable processes that enable Engineering teams to move faster while maintaining high standards.

  • Champion AI adoption across Data, Engineering, and Analytics teams by identifying opportunities for automation, developing AI agents, reusable skills, and embedding AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and decision-making.

  • Stay closely connected to production systems and business operations, proactively monitoring incidents, supporting triage efforts, and ensuring teams learn from operational challenges.

  • Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the TPM organization by mentoring junior TPMs, sharing knowledge, documenting solutions, and developing frameworks, tooling, and best practices that elevate the broader team.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or Data Product Manager capacity, owning data-intensive digital financial products, transactional platforms, or consumer financial products.

  • Proven experience owning technical roadmaps and delivering data products to address business pain points or unlock new capabilities.

  • Proven experience leveraging AI to transform team workflows, including building and deploying AI agents, automation solutions, or reusable skills that drive measurable improvements in productivity, delivery, or decision-making.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to independently investigate and test datasets, perform data validation, sketch solutions, and create basic proofs of concept.

  • Direct experience with modern data warehouse architecture and the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through modeling and consumption.

  • Exceptional technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, detailed technical specifications, and actionable plans that enable Engineering teams to execute effectively.

  • Highly organized and self-directed, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguity, and building alignment across Engineering, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders.
