In this role, you will be working with the Google Health team to drive the comprehensive evaluation strategy for the Personal Health Agent that uses Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). With the power of ML/AI and the knowledge of Google tools and technologies, our goal is to help our users understand their overall health and provide guidance for how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help our users live longer, healthier lives. We bring together the best of Google technologies and AI, health behavior science, and user‑centered design to help users organize the health and wellness data, get insight from it, and take action toward their health goals. We do this with a suite of apps, services, and health wearables. We aim to make consumer health more personal, proactive, and actionable.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $165000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Maintain GenAI model evaluation workflows by coordinating test execution and managing evaluation logistics alongside research scientists and engineers.
• Track program health and evaluation metrics to identify risks, blockers, and changing timelines early, working alongside technical leads to triage issues.
• Maintain and clearly communicate project status, dependencies, risks, action items, and documentation in a timely manner to team members and immediate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to team operational excellence by supporting clear project tracking mechanisms, meeting rhythms, and a collaborative team culture built on trust and respect.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including product management, engineering, research, design, UX, clinical, and regulatory, to track requirements, maintain project schedules, and monitor deliverables and launch readiness criteria.
