iSpot.tv is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional, technically complex initiatives from inception to delivery. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering to define requirements, write PRDs, and drive schedules, milestones, and risks to ensure timely outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of technical program management experience.
• Translate ambiguous requests into structured technical docs (PRDs).
• Proficient with JIRA and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Scope strategic initiatives with PRDs and detailed user stories.
• Own end-to-end delivery with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain alignment across technical and non-technical teams on system improvements and roadmap.
• Continuously evaluate core systems to maximize capabilities and productivity.
