Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Google Home in Mountain View to lead complex, multi-disciplinary hardware‑software programs.

You will define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with engineers, product teams and executives. The role requires extensive PM experience, familiarity with devices, and proven cross‑functional leadership. You will partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable home experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects or programs, working closely with Google engineers and technical staff to develop and track release milestones and schedules.
• Manage communication of progress within the core team and external stakeholders, and escalated issues as necessary.
• Assess the quality of releases through monitoring of incoming bugs and code changes to identify quality issues and trends.
• Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity and own technical relationships with vendors and partners.
