Job summary

Google LLC in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a deep foundation in Test Engineering and hardware manufacturing to guide the manufacturing strategy for our data center infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and operations from design prototype to high-volume production, defining test strategies and solving roadblocks to scale AI infrastructure reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience driving new product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering for hardware products.
• Experience with test engineering or working with data center products.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• 5 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments.
• Experience in test engineering with knowledge of software and hardware testing principles.
• Experience managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives related to the Google Cloud product roadmap, focusing on rack integration test and ICT test.
• Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements and translate them into test strategies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, addressing challenges to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive communication with internal stakeholders and partners for manufacturing test development status via reviews and dashboards, and work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
