Job summary

Amazon Key for Business is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, business development, and operations. You will own program execution end to end, define scope with stakeholders, build plans, identify risks, and keep distributed teams aligned on delivery.

You will work on access hardware integrations, partner ecosystems, installation tooling, and security initiatives, collaborating with leaders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of cross-team technical programs, from requirements definition through launch and post-launch operations.
• Partner with engineering managers and senior engineers to translate business requirements into technical scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical path items early; drive mitigation and escalate with clear options and recommendations.
• Coordinate across engineering teams in multiple time zones, as well as product, business development, operations, security, and external partners.
• Run program reviews and write clear, concise status updates, decision documents, and launch readiness assessments for leadership.
• Establish and improve mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and release coordination so the team can deliver predictably as program volume grows.
• Measure program outcomes against goals and drive continuous improvement in how the team plans and delivers.
