Job summary

Versana is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end software development initiatives in Raleigh, NC, from inception through go-to-market launch. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure on-time delivery of production-ready solutions with a focus on security and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program or project management experience.
Experience leading multi-team software programs (enterprise-grade preferred).
Proven ownership of product launches or major go-to-market initiatives.
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architectures.
Experience in fintech or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs from planning to launch.
Develop detailed plans, milestones, and success metrics; mitigate risks.
Coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, marketing, sales, and leadership.
Drive Agile execution across multiple Scrum teams and track KPIs.
Lead and mentor TPMs and Scrum Masters; ensure timely delivery.
