Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. seeks a Technical Program Manager to support AFNCR IS contract programs at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will manage task orders, coordinate with PMs and stakeholders, and lead technical teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role requires DoD experience, PMP certification, and active SECRET clearance. Primary responsibilities include cost control, risk management, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure contract requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DoD/Federal or highly regulated environments.
• Primary point of contact for contractor tasking and multi-disciplined team leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, cost estimates, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AFNCR IS Contract PM's point of contact for Approved Projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project success.
• Direct daily tasking of team members and lead technical projects.
• Communicate PM directions to subcontractors and manage deliverables.
