Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience with OCONUS projects and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead program meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage overall Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) performance.
• Develop project scope, schedules, and resource plans.
