Disney Direct to Consumer is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Data Intelligence and Analytics team in Glendale, CA. The role focuses on coordinating cross-workstream initiatives, aligning with Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders to deliver cloud-based analytics solutions.

You will drive planning sessions, manage communications, and help implement PM best practices across the DnA vertical, while maintaining a strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Formación

• 3+ years leading technical programs or projects in a tech setting.
• Strong ownership, accountability and ability to operate under ambiguity.
• Experience with cross-functional programs in matrix orgs.
• AI/LLM adoption experience preferred.
• Fluent in data analytics and reporting tools such as Looker/Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Own timeline planning and on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare executive-ready communications and updates.
• Prioritize backlog by business impact; re-sequence as needed.
• Promote PM best practices across DnA teams.
• Build strategic relationships with partners across Product, Engineering, Data Platforms, and Analytics.
• Identify and remove barriers to keep projects moving.
• Forecast risks and mitigate exposure.
• Convert business requirements into high-level technical specs.
• Stay informed on upstream product and data pipeline changes and their impact on analytics.
