Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary energy projects. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

You will work on ML/optimization models, ETL pipelines, and production-grade analytics tooling, partnering with software engineers and domain experts to prototype and scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience in energy industry.
• 2 years of development experience in data engineering, data science, or application engineering.

Responsabilités

• Improve, maintain and run ML/optimization models and analytics tools for energy delivery.
• Collaborate on ETL data pipelines and build predictive/optimization models.
• Scale MVPs into production, establish testing and deployment standards, and oversee launch.
• Rapid AI prototyping with energy/domain experts to shape problem framing and outputs.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups and communicate data/model updates and milestones.
