Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, planning requirements, identifying risks, and managing schedules with cross-functional partners. You will articulate analyses and trade-offs to executives and engineers alike.

The AI and Infrastructure team delivers scalable AI models, computing power, and platforms enabling developers to build the future, with a focus on hyperscale infrastructure and TPUs, Vertex AI, and data center

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or software engineering management, shipping distributed systems or data platforms.
Experience with high-throughput data pipelines and real-time logging/processing infrastructure (e.g., Kafka, BigQuery, MapReduce) and API integrations.
Experience managing system integrations and multi-quarter technical initiatives across engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

Co-author the technical and product roadmap for real-time, proactive execution dashboard.
Lead complex integrations across domains (logistics, supply chain) to capture workflows.
Serve as primary technical interface for partners; align schemas with downstream dependencies.
Deconstruct problems into executable phases; crawl, walk, run delivery to match telemetry with legacy systems.
Build engineering alignment; mentor peers and promote agile practices.
