Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience at Senior Associate level, 8+ years at Principal level or higher.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams and managing budgets and risks.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee program and project execution across software, hardware, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable tasks and delivery roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program management artifacts, risk registers, and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure solutions align with security best practices and federal guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on technologies and defense frameworks applicable to the Public Sector.
