Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Configuration Management to drive BOM creation, process improvements, and global implementation of PLM-related data. You will own programs, coordinate with engineers, operations, and customers, and promote best practices across the lifecycle of products.

You will help refine processes, grow PLM capabilities, and ensure rapid, accurate BOM and document delivery while aligning with business strategies and cost optimization across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 2+ years building BOMs in Product Lifecycle Management application.

Responsibilities

• Create product BOMs and process change orders in a PLM system.
• Act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices and processes.
• Own a program, develop strategies, identify risk, and execute projects plans.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into functional designs and specifications.
• Drive timely part setup and BOM releases to support NPI and sustaining the business.
• Participate in continuous process improvements focused on systems, reporting, and data analysis.
