Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with program governance for data center automation or enterprise delivery.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, PMP or similar methodologies and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and create program charters and detailed plans.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key program metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Design and execute stakeholder communication plans for transparency into pivots and progress.
• Develop change management rollout plans and monitor progress with key partners.
• Triage technical issues and resolve requests related to tooling and processes.
