Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams with supplier engineers to drive yield and production metrics.
• Own factory setup for optical module manufacturing including SMT, Assembly, and Test.
• Prepare executive BRR and NPR status reports and build readiness reviews.
• Analyze factory, customer, and field data to drive action plans.
• Optimize processes in mechanical bonding, dispensing, and soldering.
• Apply predictive methods to anticipate issues early in development.
• Highlight concerns and options to senior management in a timely manner.
• Travel internationally ~20-30%.
