Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional design and deployment of material handling systems across North America. You will drive programs from concept through field delivery, partnering with internal customers to define requirements and budgets, and coordinating with vendors and engineering teams.

The role requires 50% regional travel and relocation flexibility to a corporate office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or STEM field.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs and teams.
• Experience with material handling equipment projects and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple large programs from concept to field delivery.
• Define requirements with internal customers and translate to specs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks across internal/external teams.
• Lead weekly Team Leads Sync meetings and bi-weekly All Hands meetings.
• Coordinate data-driven vendor evaluations and lookahead reports.
