Role: Technical Program Manager - Analytics

As a Technical Program Manager - Analytics, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes by driving the Cloud Accelerate Factory Program for Analytics. Leveraging your Microsoft Azure Analytics technical expertise, you will lead technical conversations with customers and colleagues to accelerate adoption through the Cloud Accelerate Factory. Your responsibilities include understanding required services and components, establishing program strategies, and introducing new capabilities to enhance the offering.

You will define service offerings and roadmaps to help customers succeed in their digital transformation. This role requires business acumen, thought leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions. It offers an opportunity to grow your career in technical program management and cloud expertise. The role is flexible, allowing up to 100% remote work.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Data Analytics migration programs, ensuring timely nominations and scope adherence.
  2. Drive analytics migrations to expand Azure Data Services for existing and new customers.
  3. Measure program performance and report to senior leadership.
  4. Engage stakeholders to promote adoption and provide insights and guidance.
  5. Organize sessions to educate and evangelize analytics offerings.
  6. Review and approve migration nominations, guiding scope and deliverables.
  7. Collaborate with teams to improve delivery offerings and quality.
  8. Lead customer migrations from proof of concept to production, supporting pilot programs and identifying accelerators/tools.
  9. Create proof of concepts and MVPs leading to deployments.
  10. Understand market trends and cloud technologies to meet customer goals and deliver business value.
  11. Ensure solutions are high-performing, secure, scalable, and reliable.
  12. Drive customer satisfaction, act as a trusted advisor, and gather feedback.
  13. Develop opportunities for customer success and help customers realize value from Microsoft investments.
  14. Identify and resolve customer blockers leveraging subject matter expertise.
  15. Architect and design solutions, create roadmaps, and infuse AI technologies where appropriate.
  16. Share insights, best practices, and contribute to IP creation to accelerate outcomes.
  17. Maintain technical skills and collaborate within the Data & AI community.
  18. Drive delivery teams to meet customer expectations and solve technical issues efficiently.
  19. Orchestrate cross-functional teams and provide operational guidance.
  20. Build relationships with stakeholders, influence teams, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  21. Understand key Data & AI scenarios across industries like finance, retail, and healthcare.
