Job summary

Patronus AI in San Francisco seeks a Technical Program Manager to run the production line turning frontier‑lab demand into delivered RL environments. You will own end‑to‑end delivery from signed work orders through SME sourcing, environment build, task generation, QA, and delivery.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, staying in the details, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a technical program manager or delivery lead on complex multi‑team programs.
• Strong technical fluency with AI tools and data outputs.
• Excellent organization, execution, and cross‑functional coordination.
• You communicate clearly and maintain current state across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery programs end‑to‑end: track work orders, deliverables, due dates, and owners.
• Manage scope changes and update plans, pricing inputs, and commitments.
• Run handoffs between GTM, SME sourcing, environment engineering, task generation, and QA.
• Define 'ready to ship' criteria and ensure QA passes before delivery.
• Work directly with customers, translating asks into concrete plans with owners and dates.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements; build them.
• Stay hands‑on: run environments, review QA feedback, and build small scale tools.
