Paramount is seeking a Manager of Technical Program Management for Applied Intelligence Data Engineering (AIDE). You will own delivery of high‑visibility initiatives, bringing structure to a fast‑moving data platform and acting as the delivery engine for the product roadmap across Paramount+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML‑specific Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related role delivering complex, multi‑team systems.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end coordination for in‑flight product integration and onboarding onto AIDE's unified data platform.
• Define scope, milestones, sequencing, reporting & dashboarding for senior executives.
• Identify risks, dependencies and drive mitigation with accountable owners.
• Provide executive‑ready updates on status, risks, decisions and tradeoffs.
