Technical Program Manager – AI and Data Engineering

About the role:

The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the cross-functional execution of AI, Blockchain, and IoT integrations across the development of our innovative "Nuclear OS" platform. This critical role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of the nuclear energy industry. This role reports into the SVP, Technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project timelines for AI-driven analytics, automation, and workforce coordination tools.
2. Ensure cross-team alignment between AI, cybersecurity, digital twin, and supply chain engineering.
3. Define data pipeline requirements for real-time predictive analytics and reporting.
4. Lead scrum and agile development cycles for rapid feature deployment.
5. Manage vendor and third-party AI partnerships, ensuring quality integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in the software or technology industry.
2. Strong understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and IoT technologies.
3. Experience working with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Technical Skills:

1. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
2. Basic understanding of programming concepts and data structures.
3. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Leadership & Communication:

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
