Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Seattle to lead cross-functional compliance programs. You will design and operate agentic-based controls, collaborating with product teams and executives to align security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes AI-first risk analysis, dynamics of global regulatory obligations, and partnering with Google Research, Labs, Technology and Society to advance safe deployment of AI breakthroughs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in security operations (e.g., vulnerability management, system hardening, pentesting).
• Experience in the creation, implementation, or management of internal controls in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, design, implement, and operate agentic-based controls across multiple compliance domains that automate risk analysis, triage issues, and validate control implementation.
• Support enterprise-wide remediation initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to support product teams in resolving flaws and maintaining robust compliance postures.
• Manage multiple compliance programs, leveraging innovative AI tooling to define milestones, track success criteria, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls, using AI-first methodologies and intelligent tools for risk analysis.
• Communicate compliance strategy, tool adoption, schedules, and status to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
