Job summary

Google Research is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead agentic compliance initiatives across multiple Google projects. Based in Mountain View, CA, or other listed U.S.

locations, you will drive risk analysis, remediation efforts, and automation of controls while partnering with product and engineering teams. You will mentor junior staff and shape compliance strategy, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and strengthen security postures across global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in security operations (e.g., vulnerability management, system hardening, pentesting).
• Experience in creation, implementation, or management of internal controls in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, design, implement, and operate agentic-based controls across multiple compliance domains that automate risk analysis, triage issues, and validate control implementation.
• Support enterprise-wide remediation initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to support product teams in resolving flaws and maintaining robust compliance postures.
• Manage multiple compliance programs, leveraging innovative AI tooling to define milestones, track success criteria, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls, using AI-first methodologies and intelligent tools for risk analysis.
• Communicate compliance strategy, tool adoption, schedules, and status to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
