• Create and manage detailed project plans and documentation for all major deliverables.
• Lead program execution, ensuring process adherence, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point and manage risks, changes, and stakeholder communication.
• Track KPIs, share progress updates, and guide teams on best practices and process improvements.
• Oversee project closure, including deliverable handoff, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned.
