The Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in owning end‑to‑end delivery across engineering and manufacturing teams, while navigating shifting priorities and high‑touch customer engagements in a dynamic, high‑pressure setting.

Technical Program Manager will be full‑time and sit on site near Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager:

• Drive full lifecycle program execution for complex hardware product development initiatives, from concept through production
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring clear communication on timelines, specifications, and program status
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to maintain alignment and execution velocity
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment to financial and operational targets
• Lead decision‑making under ambiguity, balancing customer needs with internal constraints to maintain program momentum

Qualifications of the Technical Program Manager:

• 4+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware‑focused environment
• Demonstrated success working in high‑change, high‑pressure environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflict, and drive alignment across customer and internal teams
• Willingness to travel 50-60% initially
• Strong technical acumen including the ability to interpret engineering drawings, apply DFM principles, and utilize standard PM and business software tools

Compensation for the Technical Program Manager includes:
