The Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery across engineering and manufacturing teams, while navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

• 4+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success working in high-change, high-pressure environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflict, and drive alignment across customer and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% initially.

Compensation for the Technical Program Manager includes:

• Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and holiday
