Array Labs in San Francisco is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution framework that aligns with engineering roadmaps and priorities. The role involves building and managing schedules, dependencies, and milestones essential for timely satellite missions and government contracts.
Candidates will enjoy flexible compensation between salary and equity, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health and 401(k) matching. This position demands a commitment to delivering high-impact projects that significantly enhance human understanding of our changing planet.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the execution framework that turns Array Labs' engineering roadmaps and company priorities into delivered programs. You will build and maintain the schedules, dependencies, and milestone structure that keep our satellite missions and government contracts moving on time, and you will resolve the resource conflicts that inevitably arise across a portfolio of concurrent efforts. You will work closely with engineering leadership, functional managers, systems engineering, and responsible engineers, and partner directly with the executive team on prioritization, staffing, and bid decisions.
As part of our quickly growing team, you will own the on‑time delivery of our mission‑critical hardware and software that will significantly improve humanity's ability to rapidly and comprehensively understand our changing planet.
Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: find uncommonly good people and pay them uncommonly well.
We offer high flexibility between salary and equity‑based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.
Full‑time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, commuter benefits, and more.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
