Brokerage sits at the heart of Robinhood, powering how millions of customers invest and interact with financial products. The Brokerage Technical Program Management team is small and collaborative, and it works side by side with senior engineers, engineering managers, product leaders, and Brokerage leadership on complex technical and execution challenges. We partner closely with design, customer experience, and operations teams to bring ambitious work to life. The team is still shaping how it plans, executes, launches, and uses AI, so there’s real room to build the playbook rather than inherit one!
As a Technical Program Manager on Brokerage, you’ll own and drive cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch. You’ll keep plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies clear and visible, and you’ll turn complex technical work into crisp updates for leadership and partner teams. The mix of programs will flex with company priorities, and you’ll be trusted with real ownership early on. You’ll also have the chance to rethink traditional TPM workflows with AI, from planning to launch readiness. Expect close mentorship and a clear runway to grow your career here!
