Metrc is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead product delivery, partnering with Product Managers to turn strategy into execution. You’ll drive cross-functional alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure speed, quality, and predictability in a Kanban-based delivery model.
You will optimize delivery flow, facilitate agile ceremonies, and maintain dashboards while collaborating with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external teams to unblock work and escalate risks as needed.
