Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead AIOps and intelligent service reliability initiatives. You will drive technology delivery and infrastructure operations across complex enterprise programs, partnering with engineers, architects and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on influence in observability, automation and production support, with a strong ITIL/ITSM foundation, vendor management, and distributed team leadership in cloud

Formación

• 12+ years in technology delivery and enterprise programs
• Proven senior TPM/Delivery leadership roles
• Hands‑on experience in AIOps, observability, automation in production
• Strong knowledge of IT service management: incident, major incident, problem, change, event, knowledge, SLAs
• Ability to communicate outcomes, risks and investments to senior stakeholders
• Experience managing distributed teams and vendors across multiple workstreams
• Understanding of cloud/hybrid infrastructure, APIs, data integration, security and resiliency
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IS or related field

• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure operations, service management, observability, automation or related disciplines, including significant leadership of complex enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated success as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Service Transformation Lead, IT Operations Manager or equivalent senior role.
• Hands‑on experience shaping or delivering AIOps, observability, intelligent incident management, automation or AI-assisted support initiatives in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and operations practices, including incident, major incident, problem, change, event, knowledge, service level and continual improvement management.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects while also communicating outcomes, risks and investment choices to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing distributed teams, third parties and platform vendors across multiple technical workstreams.
• Working understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, APIs, data integration, security, privacy, resiliency and production support controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• ServiceNow certifications aligned to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or platform implementation.
• Cloud certification from Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; SRE, observability, automation, data or AI credentials are advantageous.
