Job summary

The role requires strong technical background, SDLC fluency, and hands‑on experience with agile methods and dashboards for visibility and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and technical concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within project management tools and building dashboards.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across on/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will report to the CTO and drive successful execution of technical projects across Phillip Capital Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse on‑ and offshore teams, to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.

What You Will Do

• Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee complex technical projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues to maintain program momentum.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, key milestones, and outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine program management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including program roadmaps, status reports, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or FinTech environment.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and technical concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within project management tools and building dashboards to improve project visibility, status reporting, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Technical certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications) preferred.
• Ability to manage across on‑ and off‑shore teams.
