Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive launch readiness for our wearable devices and their integration with an AI mobile application. You will coordinate across Device Programs, AI Mobile App engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to meet milestones and deliverables.

You will lead efforts to automate workflows with AI tools, ensure feature readiness for mobile app releases, and report progress to C50 leads and executives. Prior large-tech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in program management with cross-functional coordination, particularly with Quality Assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates and release management.
• General software release management experience, including knowledge of software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connective layer between Device Programs and AI Mobile App engineering teams.
• Track execution of deliverables against upcoming milestones with Engineering and QA teams.
• Work with Wearables pods through the Engineering STL to ensure milestone delivery.
• Communicate consolidated status to Device Programs and C50 leads.
• Seek opportunities to automate workflows with an estimated 50% reduction in manual tasks.
• Ensure feature readiness for upcoming mobile app releases by driving deliverable milestones and readiness criteria to completion.
• Drive down launch blockers, VIP bugs, and SEVs through direct communication with task/feature owners and engineers.
• Maintain orchestrator hygiene and enable change by following up with deliverable owners to keep data accurate and current.
• Validate submitted actions for correctness before they propagate into leadership reporting.

$100.00 - $107.00/hr.

• Technical depth and fluency, with an understanding of software functionality and system connectivity; a software engineering background is a plus.
• STEM or computer science background or analytical experience is advantageous.
• Experience with mobile application development and hardware-software integration.
• Experience at large technology companies is preferred due to familiarity with the organization's culture and scale of cross-functional coordination required.

Pay Transparency

• The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $100.00 - $107.00/hour.
• Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
