Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to guide complex, government-funded programs from concept to completion. • Experience working with business partner teams, such as finance, subcontracts, contracts, legal, compliance, and recruiting, to execute contract requirements.
• Knowledge of the complexities of EW and Cyber technique development with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) applications.
• Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project and identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree

You Have:

• Experience managing technical delivery on a Government contract to develop and deliver software-based solutions
• Experience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to scope, execute, and track technical progress on a project

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
