Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Program Manager for leading manufacturing and NPI programs for complex hardware products in San Francisco, CA. You will manage engineering validation builds, production qualification activities, and manufacturing ramp execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and supplier organizations, drive risk management and change control, and employ Jira, Confluence, and ERP/MRP tools to report on program

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 10 years of progressive experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using program management, manufacturing, and engineering systems including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Gantt scheduling tools, Kanban dashboards, PLM systems, ERP/MRP platforms, Agile methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, 3D Modeling Software and Microsoft Power BI is desirable.
