We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect - IBM Maximo to lead large-scale enterprise asset management transformations for our clients.

The Lead Program & Solution Architect will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide asset management strategies, architecting complex IBM Maximo and MAS solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, leading client engagements, and supporting business development activities. This role requires a proven leader who can bridge business and technology, develop solution blueprints, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver strategic outcomes for global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the IBM Maximo ecosystem, enterprise integrations, cloud and infrastructure architecture, mobile solutions, analytics, IoT, and operational excellence. The expectation is not only deep Maximo architecture expertise but also ownership of large transformation programs, delivery governance, and business outcomes.

Your Role
  • Lead architecture, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo/MAS solutions.
  • Drive EAM strategy, enterprise integrations, cloud deployments, and data governance initiatives.
  • Oversee data migration, system integrations (ERP, GIS, HR, Finance, IoT), and solution performance.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture governance, and best practices.
  • Manage large-scale EAM transformation programs, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery oversight.
  • Lead change management, user adoption, training, and transition-to-support activities.
  • Manage vendors, SOWs, project governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (3–4 year degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of combined business and technical experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x / MAS 9.x) implementations from planning through go‑live.
  • Hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo MAS 8.x / MAS 9.x, including configuration, customization, and solution delivery.
  • Expert‑level experience architecting and executing Maximo integrations using MIF, APIM, and middleware solutions; strong experience modernizing legacy system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies.
  • Extensive experience integrating Maximo with multiple legacy and commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ESRI ArcGIS, RFID, barcode applications, and other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools.
  • Hands‑on exposure to GIS–Maximo integrations and field technology enablement.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440/year

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
