Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Technical Program Director to lead high-impact technology programs in a complex public sector environment. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, data, cloud, and product strategy to deliver across multiple initiatives.

As a trusted advisor, you will influence architecture, drive data-informed decision-making, and guide cross-functional teams toward scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years leading technical programs or enterprise technology transformations.
  • Experience managing large, multi-workstream programs in client-facing or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise system delivery.
  • Data-informed initiatives, including experimentation and performance analysis.
  • Familiar with Google Cloud Platform and modern cloud architectures.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with architecture patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and digital ecosystems.
  • Public sector or regulated environments experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Influence product direction, architecture decisions, and platform evolution as a strategic technical advisor.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics, experimentation strategies, measurement frameworks, and performance insights.
  • Ensure programs leverage scalable analytics, reporting, and tracking capabilities to support continuous improvement.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Establish effective governance processes, executive reporting structures, communication rhythms, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and resolve blockers while maintaining quality, scope, and delivery expectations.
  • Provide technical oversight across cloud environments, architecture, scalability, and system design.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.

Accountabilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior technology leader with extensive experience managing complex technical programs and influencing both business and engineering decisions. You bring strong knowledge of software delivery, modern cloud architectures, data-driven practices, and stakeholder management.

  • 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, platforms, engineering initiatives, or enterprise technology transformations.
  • Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream programs in client-facing, consulting, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise system delivery.
  • Experience driving data-informed initiatives, including experimentation, measurement strategies, and performance analysis.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and modern cloud architectures.
  • Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting environments is preferred.

  • Certifications such as GCP, PMP, or SAFe are beneficial.
