Job summary

FOX Entertainment’s FOX Experience + Design team is seeking a proactive Technical Production Coordinator to support technical and operational aspects of live and recorded events across FOX Lot and offsite locations. You will handle tech operations, asset management, scheduling, and crew coordination while collaborating with production teams and event staff.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, excels at organization, and is capable of handling multiple projects, including Zoom

Qualifications

• Experience with live events, studio operations or production support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working on-site four days per week.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• General Technical Coordination: organize digital assets, troubleshoot basic issues, set up Zoom meetings, create schedules and reports, provide logistics support.
• Studio Operations Support: assist with studio scheduling, inventory, maintenance requests, and staff support.
• Event Production Support: track and return equipment, assist with live event production planning, and payroll processing for events and freelance staff.
