Job summary

US Tool Group seeks a Technical Product Specialist to bridge tooling applications with customer needs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will analyze tooling performance, interpret complex drawings, and collaborate with engineers to optimize tool usage across multiple projects.

Your role requires strong math, data analysis, and communication skills to drive process improvements and support reconditioning programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing using cutting tools and abrasives.
• Strong ability to interpret prints/models and guide tooling selections.
• Experience with tooling performance checks and process improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office for data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tooling released to production meets customer requirements.
• Assist with tooling performance checks and instrument reconditioning.
• Collaborate with engineers to determine tooling needs for projects.
• Support new products and improve existing processes and applications.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and facilitate customer visits.
