Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a Technical Product Owner focused on supporting CDAO operations, based at the Pentagon. You will bridge stakeholders and technical teams, delivering data-driven solutions aligned with mission priorities.

Strong military contracting background and product ownership skills are essential. The role requires building roadmaps, managing competing priorities, and translating mission needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Owner with roadmaps, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of specialized experience (or equivalent) or 11 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Foundational knowledge of data pipelines and Advana War Data Platform (WDP).
• Strong communication with senior military leaders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact DoD/CDAO solutions.
• Develop roadmaps and prioritize requirements to align with mission priorities.
• Communicate progress and decisions to senior leaders and stakeholders.
