Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Technical Product Owner focused on CDAO operations, based out of the Pentagon. You will bridge stakeholders and technical teams, delivering data-driven, mission-aligned solutions in a fast-paced DoD environment.

The role requires military or military contracting experience, strong roadmapping and communication with senior leaders, plus a foundational understanding of data pipelines and the Advana War Data Platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience with roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR 11 years of recent specialized experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams while delivering high-impact solutions aligned with mission priorities.
• Build roadmaps, juggle competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior military leaders.
• Translate mission needs into actionable plans and guide cross-functional teams to execution.
