Job summary

BranchLab is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to make the Pathwai platform understandable, adoptable, and integrable across customers, partners, and internal teams.

The role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services, translating technical details into scalable product education and AI-enabled experiences for a dynamic healthcare-focused audience.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in technical product marketing or related technology role.
  • Deep working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data workflows, developer platforms, and AI-enabled products.
  • Ability to communicate emerging AI technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, tool calling, and AI-native product experiences.
  • Exceptional ability to turn complex product functionality into clear, useful experiences for different audiences.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with SaaS, data platforms, AdTech, healthcare technology, or AI products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and content for platform education, integration guidance, product knowledge, and technical enablement.
  • Translate APIs, data flows, integrations, platform functionality, and technical requirements into clear materials for customers and partners.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure new features are understandable, well-documented, and ready for customer adoption.
  • Help shape how BranchLab product knowledge is structured for emerging experiences such as AI assistants, MCP, and agent-enabled support and onboarding.
  • Create and maintain user guides, integration guides, implementation resources, workflows, FAQs, release communications, and training materials.
  • Develop product demonstrations and enable Sales and Client Services to confidently communicate how the platform works.
  • Identify opportunities to make onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform usage more intuitive and self-service.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and the commercial organization, ensuring product capabilities are communicated accurately and consistently.

THE OPPORTUNITY

BranchLab is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to make our platform easy to understand, adopt, integrate with, and use across customers, partners, and internal teams.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services—translating how BranchLab works into clear, scalable product education and enablement. As AI changes how users access product knowledge, this person will also help evolve our approach beyond traditional documentation toward more dynamic, AI-enabled experiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 4+ years in technical product marketing, product marketing, product enablement, solutions consulting, technical writing, or a related technology role.
  • Deep working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data workflows, developer platforms, and AI-enabled products
  • Ability to communicate emerging AI technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, and AI-native product experiences.
  • Exceptional ability to turn complex product functionality into clear, useful experiences for different audiences.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with SaaS, data platforms, AdTech, healthcare technology, or AI products is a plus.
